The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in drafting estate planning documents and tax planning, with a strong ability to work collaboratively and manage client relationships effectively. Duties and Responsibilities:Draft standard and sophisticated estate planning documents.Provide legal counsel on domestic estate, gift, and income tax planning.Advise on international estate tax planning (experience in this area is a plus).Collaborate effectively with team members and co-advisors.Maintain productive relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met.Conduct thorough legal research and analysis.Draft, review, and revise legal documents.Communicate effectively with clients, providing clear and concise legal advice. Requirements:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.Admission to the Florida Bar.2-4 years of experience in private client practice.Experience in drafting estate planning documents.Proficiency in domestic estate, gift, and income tax planning.International estate tax planning experience is a plus.Strong organizational skills and ability to manage client relationships.Excellent writing, speaking, research, and analytical skills. Education and Certifications:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree.Admission to the Florida Bar.LLM in Taxation or Estate Planning is a plus. Skills:Expertise in drafting estate planning documents.Strong knowledge of domestic estate, gift, and income tax planning.International estate tax planning knowledge (preferred).Excellent organizational and relationship management skills.Proficient in legal research and analysis.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Experience:2-4 years of experience in private client practice, focusing on estate and tax planning.
