Line Cook Lead - Colorado Springs Duties include, but are not limited to: Setting up and stocking area supplies Preparing ingredients for cooking Ensuring food comes out per presentation requirements, and in a timely fashion Cross training staff on menu items Reading and executing food tickets Supervising the line Taking pride in keeping the area clean and well organized Assisting the Head and Sous Chefs as needed Must have the following qualifications: Must obtain Food Handlers Card within 30 days of hire Must be 18 years of age or older Must have reliable transportation Must be able to work weekends, nights and holidays Come join the fun!
