The Child and Family Guidance Center is seeking a Peer Support Specialist to play a crucial role in supporting patients, parents, and caregivers throughout their treatment process. As a Peer Support Specialist, you’ll provide invaluable support and engagement services. From conducting support groups to offering one-on-one guidance, you will serve as a bridge between individuals and the resources they need for their recovery journey. Bilingual in Spanish and/or American Sign Language is a plus Experience navigating the mental health system and substance abuse system Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to work independently and with diverse populations Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and internal billing and scheduling system or similar product If this sounds like you, we can’t wait to hear from you!
