We are seeking a diligent Cleaner for properties in the San Jose/Bay Area. The chosen candidate will be tasked with preserving the cleanliness and security of our premises. Responsibilities include a variety of cleaning tasks such as vacuuming, mopping, scrubbing bathrooms with soap and water, and carpet shampooing. Maintenance duties like changing light bulbs and disposing of trash will also be part of the role. The ideal applicant will possess a strong work ethic, familiarity with cleaning tools and products, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results. Responsibilities:• Maintain a documented record of cleaned areas and report any major repair needs to management• Execute daily janitorial tasks such as vacuuming, mopping, scrubbing restrooms, dusting furniture, and emptying trash• Ensure building security by locking doors upon completion of cleaning duties• Preserve the cleanliness, safety, and good condition of the building Qualifications:• Must be a hard worker with high attention to detail and have a strong work ethic• Cleaning experience• Availability to drive daily to and from job sites• Driver’s license or reliable transportation to and from the worksite is required• Great physical health and stamina• At least 1 year of experience in janitorial/cleaning services Compensation: $20 - $23 hourly About Company: A fun, hardworking culture that provides work stability and opportunity for personal growth.
