As a Business-to-Business Account Executive for Skinny Dogz, Fun Center you will develop and build lasting relationships with local businesses, non-profits, and individuals in order to produce new opportunities for events at our facility. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Build, Maintain, and Strengthen Business Relationships: Generate and increase event revenue through a variety of sales methods, including email, cold calls, face-to-face appointments, prospecting, and networking. Event Attendance: Be present at events to assist in servicing clients, establish new relationships, and help manage the overall experience. Create Memorable Experiences for Clients: Go above and beyond to create unforgettable experiences for clients. Sales Goals: Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals. Additional Responsibilities: Be adaptable and willing to take on additional responsibilities that will contribute to the overall success of Skinny Dogz. IDEAL CANDIDATE: Aggressive, Competitive, and Committed: Demonstrates a strong drive and passion for the fun center industry, with a competitive spirit and commitment to success. Highly Motivated: Self-starter with a strong desire to excel and achieve sales targets, consistently striving for growth. Positive and Uplifting; A fun person to be with. Maintains a friendly, enthusiastic attitude that fosters a collaborative and supportive work environment. Detail-Oriented and Organized: Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, paying close attention to detail and maintaining organization. Sales Experience: Has a strong understanding of sales techniques and strategies. Willing to Work Non-Traditional Hours: Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays when necessary. Good Attendance and Reliability: Demonstrates good attendance and reliability. Reliable Transportation: Has a valid driver license and a reliable vehicle.
