Columbiana Health & Rehabilitation Center , a respected provider of care in Columbiana, AL, is seeking a passionate and qualified Nursing Home Administrator to lead our team. In this role, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our facility, ensuring exceptional resident care, and fostering a positive work environment for our dedicated staff. Responsibilities: Provide strategic oversight for all aspects of the facility's operations, encompassing clinical care, resident services, staffing, budgeting, and regulatory compliance. Champion resident-centered care by developing and implementing policies that prioritize resident well-being and dignity. Motivate and inspire staff to create a supportive and collaborative work environment that fosters excellence. Ensure the facility's financial stability through effective resource management and budgeting. Cultivate positive relationships with residents, families, and the greater Columbiana community. Represent the facility professionally before regulatory agencies and professional organizations. Qualifications: Master's degree in Healthcare Administration, Long-Term Care Administration, or a related field (strongly preferred). Current Alabama Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) License. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within a long-term care setting. In-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements for nursing homes. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills with a proven ability to motivate and inspire teams. A compassionate and resident-centered approach to care.
