Summary Our heart is to bring transformation to every life through the power of Jesus Christ. The Creative Director is responsible for managing the Creative Department of LifeFamily. This team will develop all Creative projects, working with the Senior Pastor and Executive Pastor on major initiatives and events. The Creative Director is also responsible for working with other departments including Central and Campus ministries. The Creative Director will create standards for the LifeFamily brand across all media platforms. Responsibilities: Managing the creative arts, print, and video teams Responsible for creative direction of the weekend services for all campusesWorking with other departments to coordinate services and eventsCommunicate projects progress with Senior Pastor and Executive PastorPlanning and coordination of weekend service media assets, special events & conferencesServe as the manager and oversight for all copyrighted material and intellectual property under the control of the Creative DepartmentEnsures legal compliance to the use of copyrighted material and ensures that the intellectual property created by the Creative Department is protectedEstablishing and maintaining relationships with other campus creativesLiaising with campus pastors to ensure a quality production at their campusWork with Technologies team to ensure creative design in integrated into websiteProduce marketing for special events, i.e., Easter, Concerts, ChristmasCreate and maintain department budgetsGive final approval for all videos and print pieces Other duties as assigned Attributes: Positive, fun and enjoyable attitudeLoyal, heart of a servantMust share the vision of LifeFamily to fulfill the Great Commission with integrity and passionHigh capacity multi-tasking individual who is comfortable working independently without constant supervision.Strong written/oral communication and interpersonal skills.
