Key Responsibilities: Develop change management strategies for large-scale initiatives Lead teams in planning and executing transformation plans Establish and maintain relationships with stakeholders Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in relevant field and 5 years of related experience, or High School Diploma and 9 years of related experience Master of Business Administration (MBA) or related field preferred Experience in banking and corporate change management Formal change management training (e.g. Prosci)
