A company is looking for a Claims Assistant. Key Responsibilities: Assist with electronic mail, filing, and general office duties related to insurance claims Document claim updates in the claim database with accuracy Assist in bill payment process, data entry tasks, and documentation production Required Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent Minimum of 2 years customer service and/or administrative experience preferred Experience with Microsoft Office: Word, Excel is required Work experience in decision-making and information analysis Demonstrated prioritization and organization skills
