Responsibilities: • Support customers by attending closing processes when necessary • Schedule and conduct listing presentations with potential sellers to promote exceptional customer service• Prospect pre-qualified leads generated by sales agents to convert them into new business and schedule listing appointments• Research the surrounding real estate market to determine the best listing price for the seller• Follow up with clients weekly to provide feedback on their property listing to keep them engaged and improve customer service ratings• Call clients to give weekly reports on the status of their listing so they are more likely to provide good customer ratings and referrals• Prospecting and conducting lead generation activities to create new business• Price, stage, and market homes for sellers to help attract potential buyers quickly• Convert pre-qualified leads that are passed on from sales agents to schedule listing appointments and grow the business• Research the surrounding real estate market to determine the best listing price for the seller• Follow the team plan• Be a team player• Ask questions• Set listing appointments• Lead follow up• Lead generation• Close Sales Qualifications: • Ability to use or quickly learn Real Estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies• Completes tasks quickly and efficiently• Capable of using CRM software to keep customer information organized and confidential • At least one year of work experience in real estate sales • Able to conduct in-depth market research and showcases clear understanding of the real estate industry• Great communication• Real estate license required • Commission opportunity Compensation: $80,000 - $120,000 at plan About Company: As a team, Kindred Real Estate did over $54 million in gross sales in 2022.
