The ideal candidate will have a passion for preparing high-quality meals, a deep understanding of seafood, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. The Cook will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes, ensuring consistency and quality in every plate served.Responsibilities:• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards• Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner and presented beautifully• Maintain a clean and organized workspace• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines• Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain a smooth and efficient workflow• Monitor food inventory and communicate needs to the kitchen manager• Assist in the creation of daily specials and new menu items• Handle multiple orders simultaneously and ensure all dishes are prepared accurately• Adapt to changing demands and perform additional duties as requiredQualifications:• Proven experience as a Cook, preferably in a seafood restaurant• Strong understanding of food safety practices and kitchen sanitation• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure• Excellent time management and organizational skills• Strong communication and teamwork abilities• Attention to detail and commitment to quality• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidaysBenefits:• Competitive pay• Opportunities for growth and advancement• Employee discounts on meals• Friendly and supportive work environment.
