Design critical analytical reports and queries to drive strategic business decisions, and support data operations performed by the organization. Develop visual, interactive reports using Tableau, Power BI, and other business intelligence tools for effective prediction and understanding of data analysis trends and creating automated data analysis workflows using Alteryx designer. Contribute to building data models for analytics purposes. Support engineering and business teams tasked with manipulation datasets as a subject matter expert. Use predictive, prescriptive, and descriptive data analytics to test, question and solve business problems. Regularly meet with other data analysts to help with Alteryx issues and recommend best practices from both a technical and process perspective as related to Tableau development. Participate in Agile events (daily stand ups, sprint planning, grooming, and sprint retrospectives).Requirements: Requires a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field plus five (5) years of progressively responsible experience as a Software Engineer, Systems Analyst, or in a related role performing software development and designing technical solutions. Full term of experience must include the following: architecting, designing, developing, and implementing solutions to support enhancements and bug fixes in existing and new applications; applying knowledge of Multithreading concepts, design patterns, and software development methodologies, including Agile, and Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment for applications development; working with PL/SQL, Postgres, Python, AWS QuickSight, AWS S3, Tableau, Unix, Shell, Alteryx, GitHub, BitBucket, and Jenkins; and working with open source code and frameworks.For US-based roles only: the anticipated hiring base salary range for this position is $148,949 to $162,550, depending on factors such as experience, education, level, skills, and location. This range is based on a full-time position. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for incentive compensation.
