20240515-37667-M447-01 Active Top Secret Clearance with Poly Required Salary Range: Up to $215K (salary is commensurate with education and experience) Job Summary Support team providing O&M, Systems Engineering and Application Development for COTS and newly developed customized applications for customer systems. These must continue without interruption. Please Note: This job requires an existing Top Secret Clearance and Polygraph. Experience Needed: Citizenship: Must Be a US Citizen Existing Clearance Required: Active Top Secret SCI with Poly Demonstrated experience working with customers, understanding their needs and designing creating solutions. Demonstrated on-the-job experience exhibiting problem solving skills to include debugging and testing web applications. Demonstrated on-the-job experience working with SQL databases including, installation, Demonstrated on-the-job experience incorporating usability best practices. Demonstrated experience identifying possible technical and security abnormalities and provide documented responses. Demonstrated experience supporting technical requirements management. Demonstrated experience performing complex problem management research and issue resolution. Demonstrated experience with multiple OS's, including Windows, Linux, and OSX. Demonstrated experience with multiple Hypervisors including HyperV, ESX, and VirtualBox. Demonstrated experience with Windows Management including Active Directory, SCOM, and VMM. Demonstrated experience with Enterprise Backup Solutions such as Microsoft DPM, and ArcServe Backup Suite. Demonstrated experience with Storage Area Networks (SAN), including design, provisioning, capacity planning, and maintenance. Demonstrated experience in the design, engineering, testing, and implementation of migrating Hyper-V virtual machines Demonstrated experience evaluating hardware and software products against customer requirements for technical evaluation and potential procurement. Demonstrated experience designing, engineering, implementing, and maintaining COTS and GOTS applications. Demonstrated experience with Network Monitoring Appliances. Demonstrated experience assisting with automation of administrative tasks through scripting. Demonstrated experience using network accreditation tools and resolving the action from tools results. Demonstrated experience going thought the network accreditation process. Optional Skills Demonstrated experience migrating between SharePoint 2010, 2013 and 2016. Demonstrated experience with writing PowerShell scripts. Demonstrated experience performing complex problem management research and issue resolution with the Sponsors infrastructure. Demonstrated experience with IT system security. Demonstrated experience with Shell scripting Demonstrated experience with SQL Server experience and familiarity with MySQL. Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Windows 7, 8, 10, 2008R2, 2012, 2012R2, 2016. Demonstrated experience with using System Center. Demonstrated experience with Storage systems, including Net App, and HP. Demonstrated experience with VMware ESX. Demonstrated experience with HP Servers and HP Blade Chassis. Demonstrated experience providing recommendations in technical standards, security standards, and operational assurance. Demonstrated experience providing recommendations to architecture and design reviews. Demonstrated experience interfacing with vendors and third party producers. Demonstrated experience building, configuring, and troubleshooting customized forensic workstations. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical certifications or training. Demonstrated experience with Sponsor's enterprise and operational activities, capabilities, technical development programs. Demonstrated experience with Sponsor's information cyber security policies and regulations. Demonstrated experience with Intelligence Community Directive ICD) 503, Committee on National Security Systems Publication (CNSSP) 11253, Federal Information Processing Standards (FIPS) 140-2, 199, 200, National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) Special Publication 800- 37, 800-39, 800-53.
