Renewals Support Administrator - Remote, US Position Summary The Renewal Support Administrator process renewals within our Salesforce CRM ensuring data accuracy and timely entry. This position will also perform administrative duties as required. Responsibilities: Ability to create and process accurate quotes and orders in a timely manner Assimilate information from a variety of resources, analyze information, recommend and implement courses of action to be taken seeking and obtaining appropriate approvals as required Maintain accurate data within CRM, regular updating of records Ability to run reports and cross check different data sources for accuracy Will work with others as a team member across a diverse organizational structure Qualifications: Business or related degree 2-4 years of experience in a fast-growth, technological sales environment Salesforce CRM Experience Self-starter with excellent organizational, administrative and interpersonal skills Knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within technological sales environment Ability to work on strict and short deadlines, able to set priorities and deal effectively with shifting priorities Advanced Excel knowledge Excellent communication skills (oral and written) and professional phone skills required Job Posted by ApplicantPro
