Mission Statement: The mission of the FBI is to protect the American People and uphold the Constitution of the United StatesMajor Duties--- Manage daily operations which requires planning, prioritizing, and organizing work and resources to effectively meet deadlines and priorities. * Interact with LD executive management, TEDAC's leadership team, and internal and external partners to build effective relationships and accomplish priorities which includes compiling data from TEDAC units and formatting and submitting reports for briefings and executive management review. * Consult with executive management regarding LD and TEDAC processes and procedures and will provide support with the coordination of activities within the section and across the division. * Draft and edit reports, white papers, section updates and other written communications as required for section management.--- Assist with planning and logistics for section visits and tours. * Responsible for fiscal management of a highly complex section budget across section program areas in consultation with the LD Financial Management and Portfolio Unit which may require procuring goods and services for the TEDAC front office through the creation of requisitions in SHOP and/or through the use of a government purchase card. * Determine operational needs, identify and address key budget issues, and will allocate resources to ensure continuity of operations within the section. * Serve as a Contracting Officer Representative (COR) by ensuring key contract administrative functions are completed, completing Federal Acquisition Certification COR (FAC-COR) training requirements, maintaining COR contract files in the Unified Financial Management System (UFMS) in accordance with contract file guidelines, and ensuring all contract file transitions are completed for COR reassignment.--- Engage with contract stakeholders (Contract Officers, Contracting Specialists, Program Managers, Vendor Management, and Security) to monitor and assess contract performance. * Serve as TEDAC section Training Coordinator to query Virtual Academy (VA) user profiles, coordinate employee training, ensure mandatory training compliance, and manage reporting and event records.
