PROJECT MANAGER Aquent Studios x Adobe is a custom-built creative agency partnership that providesscalability with world-class talent to Adobe's in-house studio and web team. Thiscollaboration creates exciting opportunities to work with Aquent Studios and impactmillions of customers, showcasing Adobe's products via innovative storytelling andunique visual experiences.We're looking for a mid-level Project Manager to join the Aquent Studios x Adobe team topartner with the Lead Marketing Program Manager, Creative Directors and functional marketingmanagers to shepherd the team through the full cycle of program management-from initiationand planning to execution. This Project Manager will primarily work on digital projects that mayinclude partnerships with external stakeholders. They will ensure that the work produced is highquality, meets all program objectives, and is delivered in a timely, cost-effective manner. Theymanage collaboration by serving as the single point of contact between the creative team andany stakeholders. Project Managers drive the entire creative production process, fromconsulting on briefs to resourcing,, preparing project schedules, managing projects throughasset delivery, and archiving.What you'll do:* Support the development and execution of marketing programs under the guidance of senior team members.* Aid in creating and maintaining project plans, timelines, and budgets for marketing initiatives.* Assist in scheduling milestone meetings, take notes in meetings, and ensure they are properly distributed after meetings.* Set up centralized project tracker: budgets, specs, resources, timelines, status, etc.* Keep the Project Trackers and SharePoint Sites updated.* Support the Creative Team and ensure they have what they need to execute the marketing programs.* Manage the Workfront Project queue and input all projects into Workfront.* Support in the creation, tracking, and distribution of marketing collateral and assets.* Coordinate asset hand off to stakeholders as needed.What you need to succeed:* Minimum of 2-5 years of project management experience preferably with a background within a corporate tech marketing organization or creative ad agency* Project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.* Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Excel, SharePoint, JIRA, and Wiki ( Adobe Workfront experience highly desired) is a plus.* Understanding of the creative process and timelines, from initial objective-setting to creative concepting, design, and production.* Ability to manage projects and teams in a highly matrixed organization.* Manage multiple marketing communications projects, tracking and reporting on progress and status.* Negotiate and drive the schedule, budget and resource-planning to ensure the team is setup for success.* Build relationships and work closely with partners to understand their needs and priorities, clarify objectives and clearly communicate plans.* Ability to manage outside partner relationships and steer communications with stakeholders.* Proactively identify potential issues and problem solve with the extended team, while keeping all parties informed and tracking.* Identify roles and responsibilities at project outset, to clearly understand and set expectations, while also ensuring a streamlined and efficient program delivery.* Foster a collaborative environment and promote team harmony* Act resourcefully and work independently with attention to detail* Manage open-ended, ambiguous, or ill-defined projectsRequired Skills:* Communication-Utilize strong written and verbal communication and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail, to promote collaborative partnerships and successfulprogram delivery.* Strong organizational skills-A planner who brings order and resolve to a fast-paced environment with matrixed organizations.* Problem-solving-Setting appropriate expectations, managing conflict, and tracking resources.* Artistic sensibility-Understand Adobe creative standards and vision, and assist in enforcing guidelines and routing questionable materials to stakeholders for review.* Quality-Attention to detail and a proven track record of successful delivery of complex global projects.* Flexibility/Adaptability-Ability to juggle several projects and shift priorities as needed in an ever-changing environment.* Creative/Strategic- Exhibiting an innovative, forward-thinking approach to problem-solving Client Description Aquent Studios is a global creative studio that delivers scale, speed and efficiency to the world's most recognized brands.
