Plan, direct and ensure the smooth running of operations at the client's site Provide training and mentorship to new staff members, creating a team environment Implement and evaluate procedures and policies for security operations Maintain protection systems for fire, theft and other disasters Ensure the availability of emergency equipment Communicate with Account Managers and scheduling to improve day-to-day operations Qualifications to become a Security Guard in Downtown Toronto 1 to 3 years experience in personnel management 1 year of security experience, Security Supervisor experience (asset) Excellent oral and written communication skills Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook Valid security guard license and first aid certificate Available to work flexible hours Afternoon and Overnight SSTOR.
