About you Aligned to our ethos and values, you'll be an experience Senior FM and well networked within the NHS / healthcare sector. You will be qualified in Health and Safety Management and have experience in setting, implementing and managing the delivery of facility standards. Experience of managing direct reports is an essential requirement; you will be passionate about people, motivating, influencing and developing your team so they can be high performers and meet the needs of the business and the clients.
