The Attorney will be responsible for handling general litigation matters, including business litigation, plaintiff EEOC cases, plaintiff personal injury cases, and family law matters. They should possess strong verbal and written communication skills, negotiation abilities, and problem-solving skills, with the capacity to collaborate effectively with colleagues to serve clients. Duties:Prepare contracts, briefs, motions, and other legal documentsConduct legal research to support case preparationPrepare for, attend, and argue motions at hearingsProvide legal counsel to clients on various legal mattersNegotiate on behalf of clients to reach favorable outcomesMaintain detailed and accurate client recordsSupervise paralegals and administrative assistants in case management Requirements:Must be licensed to practice law in Nevada2+ years of experience in general litigationStrong verbal and written communication skillsStrong negotiation and problem-solving skillsAbility to collaborate with colleagues to best serve clients Education Certifications:Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
