Express Service AdvisorDean Honda, Pleasant Hills Dean Honda is searching for a professional Express Service Advisor who can provide customers with an exceptional experience when they bring their vehicle in for service. This is a customer-facing position, so we’re looking for someone who is comfortable interfacing with the public and has a welcoming personality! We are willing to train the right person. This is an opportunity to build a great career without a college degree or secondary education in automotive training.Read below for more details about the position. Responsibilities include: Create repair orders with all necessary vehicle and customer information. Maintain detailed documentation of work being performed on customer vehicles. Communicate with fellow employees (parts personnel, technicians, etc.) to effectively manage the service process. Clearly communicate to the customer the multi-point inspection results and make appropriate/necessary recommendations to the customer. Provide an exceptional customer experience to ALL customers of Dean Honda by keeping customers updated on repair timelines and explanation of repairs. Abide by Pennsylvania and Honda service and repair standards. Certifications/requirements: Excellent work ethic, positive attitude and dependability. Experience at a dealership and/or independent repair facility preferred, but not required. We are willing to train the right person! Basic computer skills - ability to navigate various websites and software programs. Fluent typing skills. Organizational skills with the ability to multi-task. Attention to details (i.e. following up with customers and maintaining work order timelines). Valid driver's license and responsible driving record. Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen. Earning potential: C ompensation is structured as a base salary + commission Benefits: Medical, vision, and dental (available after 60-day probation period) Additional voluntary benefits 401K retirement program with percentage match (available after 90-day probation period) Paid time off (after 90-day probation period) Employee discounts on vehicles, service and parts All qualified applicants are encouraged to apply.
