We are seeking a friendly and professional individual to join our team as a Receptionist. As the first point of contact for our company, the Receptionist will be responsible for greeting and directing visitors, answering phone calls, and providing general administrative support.Key responsibilities include:- Greeting visitors and directing them to the appropriate department or individual- Answering incoming phone calls and transferring them to the correct department- Managing the reception area and ensuring it is clean and organized- Handling incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries- Maintaining office supplies and inventory- Assisting with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and scheduling appointments- Providing exceptional customer service to clients and guestsThe ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role is preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office software and familiarity with office equipment such as copiers and fax machines is also desired.If you are a motivated individual with strong organizational skills and a positive attitude, we would love to hear from you.
