About Outpatient Clinics Corewell Health operates over 300 outpatient clinics across Michigan, bringing a multitude of care options to the communities that we serve. There are over 40 different types of primary care and specialty practices, which allows those who work in these clinics the opportunity to learn and explore various interests or to specialize in one area. Scope of work Responsible and accountable for the overall nursing care management of an assigned group of patients. Collaborates with the Nurse Manager and other members of the health care team to achieve optimal patient outcomes. Uses clinical judgment skills to diagnose and treat the patient's responses to actual or potential health conditions. Assesses, monitors, detects, plans, and takes appropriate action to prevent potential physiological complications associated with specific health problems and / or medical treatment. position includes working with our outstanding pulmonologist by providing patient education regarding bronchoscopy procedures, disease management, care coordination, phone triage, & EPIC clinical inbasket work that requires a higher level of critical thinking. You will work with our team of RN's, MA's, RT's, APP's, & Physicians to support our pulmonary patients.
