My client a well: established authority has recently started working with a not: for: profit fostering company and a now looking to hire a New Supervising Social Worker. About the Team/Role This is an exciting opportunity for you to join their Independent Fostering Service. You will be assisting with the supervision, support and training of Foster Carers. You will also contribute to the matching process and to assist with placing children with foster carers, in accordance with the Agency ethos and guidelines and in the recruitment, backssment of potential foster carers In addition, Supervising Social Workers are expected to offer support (including outside office hours) to Foster Carers during the evening and at weekends in order to assist them to maintain high standards of care for all children who are placed with them Hybrid working and flexible working schedules are offered to every social worker within this agency, and the role is coming with quite a lucrative salary of up to GBP47,493 (Depending on Experience) Additional Benefits Local Government Pension Scheme Relocation Scheme 26 days holiday (from 1 April 2023) plus public holidays (rising to 33 after 10 years service) Discounted Child Care (on site nursery) Cycle to work scheme Season ticket loans A range of local discounts Free parking Salary sacrifice car lease scheme Informal Chats Can Be Arranged For Applicants My client is quite eager to have this role filled, so if you are interested please do apply to this ad with a copy of your most recent CV and I will reach out to you.
