The Project Manager leads End-to-End (E2E) execution and deployment of technology and digital Change Initiatives including Continuing Improvement (CI) activities that enable best-in-class MAF Scientific & Medical Information dissemination, Scientific exchange and Scientific Medical Education activities. You lead the advancement of platforms including i Medical, HCP Portals and i Connect Events Management and integrations that align to strategic initiatives including MAF Omnichannel, MA Data strategy, Janssen Science, Janssen Dynamic Score (JDS) and Janssen Content strategy. Proficiency and Capabilities Profile: Explorer: Leverage a keen understanding of data, analytics, and/or current and emerging technological advancements to generate powerful insights and inform decision making. Insight Integrator: Translate understanding of stakeholder perspectives and VOC insights, research methods, and/or Janssen products, and/or strategies into actionable customer-focused solutions and innovative opportunities.
