Our Mission is to provide a safe home, compassionate care, quality mental health services so that our residents may regain their childhood and prepare for their future. Evenings: 2:30pm : 10:30pm Shift Benefits Medical/ Dental/ Vision Insurance Paid Time Off 403b Retirement Plan And much more Qualifications High School Diploma or GED Equivalent (required) 21 years of age or older Valid Driver's License in good standing (required) 1 year of Experience working with children (preferred) Essential Duties and Responsibilities of the Position Provide guidance and ensure the physical and emotional need of residents are met in a nurturing way. Supervise, monitor, and assist each resident in their day:to:day routine. Collaborate effectively with staff members regarding the personal and healthcare needs of each resident. Educate and effectively provide instructions on daily living skills. Engage in the preparation and serving of meals to the residents. Escort residents to various structured activities on/off campus. Completes all required logs and reports.
