The employer reserves the right to revise this job description at any time and to require Associates to perform other tasks as circumstances or conditions of its business, competitive considerations, or the work environment change.Job Summary:The Human Resources Coordinator is responsible for designing the organization's systems, processes, and capabilities to drive talent management and leadership development, ensuring the organization has the capability it needs to execute its long-term strategy & growth plans. The Talent Acquisition & Talent Development Partner will work closely with the HRD to build an exceptional candidate experience, elevate talent decisions to ensure the right fit for the proper role, champion standardization in our assessment process, and continue talent development throughout the employee lifecycle. This is a full lifecycle TA & TD role encompassing sourcing, onboarding, and integrating new hires into our company culture and offboarding, as necessary. The role will be our team's brand/culture ambassador, actively communicating our employee value proposition to potential candidates through outreach, events, and talent marketing. In partnership with the HRD, participate in, develop, and drive our learning & development strategy and tools, ensuring associates have opportunities to grow their capabilities.Essential Job Functions:--Conduct full-cycle recruitment for leadership and staff-level positions.Develop strategies to attract candidates to the organization, including decisions on job boards and postings and managing the associated budget. Evaluate and update applicant tracking technologies as necessary.Foster and maintain relationships with local universities, graduate school programs, and other partnerships to create talent pipelines.Create recruiting communications and a centralized/unified hiring approach for the organization.Liaise between hiring managers and candidates to schedule interviews and 3rd party vendors, as necessary.Work with hiring managers to create job descriptions aligned to critical competencies and company values/culture. The initial project will focus on consistent job descriptions across the organization.Own weekly recruiting reports and employee trends for key metrics such as time to fill and attrition; accountable for meeting expectations and pivot as necessary to meet KPIs.Work with Finance and HR director on budgets for salaries and sourcing compensation data to be competitive in the market.Create and deliver employee onboarding experience.Access, develop, and enhance the leadership capabilities and cascade these capabilities throughout the organization.Develop the strategy and tactics and lead the organization toward the desired state of continuous learning.Lead compliance, regulatory strategy, and reporting, including AAP, I-9, EEO, Pre-Employment process, OFCCP outreach, and additional OFCCP and EEOC requirements.Leads company full cycle benefits program.Works in conjunction with HRBP's to process and complete payroll for the entire company.--Minimum Requirements: ----Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, psychology or organization development or a related field.5-7 years of progressive experience recruiting in-house talent or for a recruiting agency.Experience with recruitment ATS systems and recruitment tools.Success in implementing innovative methods to source and attract passive candidates.Expertise in recruiting best practices, with a focus on diversity.5-7 years creating talent development, training, or learning and development programs for various levels of leadership.Excellent coaching, communications, program and content development, collaboration, influencing, and leadership skills.Solid understanding of effectively managing the candidate and hiring manager's experience in the recruitment and onboarding process.Ability to juggle multiple priorities/deadlines through exceptional project management.Working knowledge of standard HR practices, employment laws, and/or government compliance regulations as it relates to recruitment and hiring.Bilingual- fluent in Spanish, a plus.--Additional Information:Human Resources use onlyTitle:Department #:Job Code:Grade Level:Management (Yes/No):Exempt/Non-Exempt:Bonus or Incentive Eligible:Last revised:--
