They build strong relationships with peers, other departments, and managers to best meet company goals and objectives. Principal Accountabilities: :Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders. Perform accurate putaway of inbound shipments.:Operate equipment in accordance with safety procedures.:Load and unload trailers and containers.:Place appropriate documentation with outbound orders and inbound product per instructions.:Ensure all compliance requirements and special instructions are met.:Conduct random quality control audits of inbound and outbound shipments to ensure compliance.:Comply with all Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Transportation Management Systems (TMS), and Radio Frequency (RF) instructions.:Complete housekeeping duties as assigned.:Participate in cycle counting processes.:Perform other duties as assigned.Requirements :Previous experience in a warehouse environment is preferred.:Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Radio Frequency (RF) experience is preferred.:Ability to operate material handling equipment is a plus.:Ability to work overtime when needed.The starting annual base pay for this role is between USD 19.00 and 20.50/hr. Please note that this position's salary range may include multiple levels. The actual base is dependent upon many factors, such as: training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands.
