Job Details:Draft and prepare legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs, with precision and clarity.Travel for court appearances and client meetings as required.Demonstrate a proactive and entrepreneurial mindset in handling litigation matters.Communicate effectively with internal teams, clients, and external counsel to ensure successful case outcomes.Analyze legal issues, develop case strategies, and provide sound legal advice to clients.Manage multiple files and competing deadlines efficiently and effectively.Collaborate with colleagues to deliver high-quality legal services and maintain client satisfaction. Requirements:2-5 years of litigation experience.Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering and/or Computer Science.Strong legal writing skills.Proactive attitude with a strong business sense.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.Commitment to teamwork and client service.
