The ideal candidate should have substantial transactional health care experience in aggregation models across various industry sectors, coupled with strong business acumen, communication, analytical, problem-solving, and issue resolution skills. Additionally, the candidate should demonstrate a commitment to teamwork, client service, and effective management of internal and external relationships. Job Details:Utilize transactional health care experience in aggregation models across industry sectors such as dental, behavioral health, med spa, optometry, ophthalmology, etc.Support health care transactions, including mergers and acquisitions.Construct state-compliant models and conduct regulatory diligence and oversight.Demonstrate a strong business and entrepreneurial sense.Provide superior communication, analytical, problem-solving, and issue resolution skills.Manage internal and external client and counsel relationships effectively. Requirements:Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.Minimum of 5 years of experience supporting health care transactions.Proven experience in building state-compliant models and conducting regulatory diligence and oversight.Strong business acumen and entrepreneurial mindset.Demonstrated commitment to teamwork and client service. Skills:Transactional health care experience.Exceptional business acumen.Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.Advanced analytical and problem-solving abilities.Proficient in managing internal and external client and counsel relationships. Education:Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
