ICU staff nurse 2:1 ratio and occasionally 3:1, also float to a stepdown unit of 5:1 ratio, Open heart recovery experience is a plus, we support Neuro, Cardiac, Surgical, Medical, patients in a split ICU with 14 beds and 12 beds, Night shift position.
