The Used Car Sales Director demonstrates leadership by setting a clear vision and establishes annual and monthly objectives for used vehicle unit sales, gross profits, expenses, and operating profits. Works directly with customers to develop enriching relationships to establish strong network of clientele and prospects. The Used Car Sales Director leads the negotiation process ensuring customers understand their vehicle purchase options and pricing. Reviews market analyses and sales reports to determine customer needs, and volume potential, and develops sales campaigns to accommodate the goals of the dealership. The Used Car Sales Director investigates business metrics to resolve shortfalls and implements action plans to elevate performance. Partner with General manager to plan and conduct vehicle inventory. The Used Car Sales Director is innovative in reducing cost and managing efficiency and profitability. Job Type:Full-timeWe are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
