Responsibilities:• Evaluate patients' conditions and needs to develop personalized treatment plans• Provide occupational therapy services including but not limited to therapeutic exercises, functional training, and modalities• Document patient progress, treatment plans, and outcomes accurately and timely• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care• Educate patients and their families on techniques for improving daily living activities Qualifications:• Valid Occupational Therapist License in the state of California• Proficient in conducting assessments and developing treatment plans• Strong interpersonal communication skills• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively• Valid Driver's License Compensation: $130 - $150 hourly About Company: At EDENCARE HOME HEALTH AGENCY, we are committed to providing high-quality, compassionate, and personalized healthcare in the comfort of our patients' homes.
