You'll be part of an organization that directly impacts our sales and business success. This team is passionate about growing skills, improving career opportunities, and training Workday's outstanding technology. The vision of the team is to train Solution Consultants to deliver best-in-class strategic demos and enable all levels within the organization. About the Role You will be charged with:AnalyzingOnboarding progress and identifying the biggest enablement gaps for new hiresSkills/Enablement gaps for tenured solution consultantsEffectiveness of current course curriculum, certifications, training, etc. Developing/Supporting Develop courses and enablement to support role ramp up, tenured SC development and new products/offeringsUpdate existing courses/enablement for new products/offerings and identified gapsSupport and develop content tracks for Solution Consulting Events Coaching/Teaching Teach demo/sales skills by developing scalable training that can be delivered/tailored to your specific personaMentor and instruct new solution consulting workmates on aspects of the product that are needed for demo successMentor and shadow solution consulting workmates through their certification process About You You are passionate about helping others achieve success. You have a vision and you are effective at coordinating, designing and delivering on that vision. You bring your passion for learning, solution consulting, and technology to every interaction with your team and your partners. Workday Pay Transparency Statement The annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below. Workday pay ranges vary based on work location. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants.
