AWS Tech Lead needs 3+ years of experience in a lead role by overseeing the development team, delivering with quality, coaching the team with the best practicesAWS Tech Lead requires:5+ years of designing, and developing utilizing common AWS services like EC2, S3, ECS, EKS, ELB, Any RDS, Streaming (Kafka), Messaging(SQS, ActiveMQ, RabbitMQ), Caching(Redis, Ignite, Redshift, elastic), NO-SQL and API Gateway10+ years of proficiency in at least one language C#, .Net Core, and experience in full-stack development.10+ years of experience working with RDBMS technologies like MSSQL, Oracle, or any other5+ years experience with Docker and Kubernetes.Strong understanding of distributed/decoupled systems using messaging platformsStrong understanding and experience with any Relational/non-relational databasesIn-depth understanding of AWSs Well-Architected FrameworksPossess a thorough understanding of modern work practices such as DevSecOps, Continuous Integration (CI), Continuous Delivery (CD), Agile project Delivery, Release EngineeringHighly collaborative with experience in a hands-on technical leadership rolePreferences:Any AWS certificate is preferredExperience with confluent/MSK Kafka is preferredAny RDS specialization is preferredExcellent oral and written communication skills; strong executive presenceAbility to convey technical solutions to the entire organization and experience working with senior leaders across the firm to leverage technology to drive positive business outcomesAWS Tech Lead duties:Lead and participate in the design, architecture, and development of solutions using modern cloud-based architecture and toolsAccountable for redesigning legacy systems from on-prem to cloud-based solutions.
