Take ownership of designated territory and develop a strategic sales plan • Drive sales growth by prospecting, acquiring new clients, and nurturing existing relationships• Lead the hiring process to build a talented and motivated sales team• Train, mentor, and develop team members to enhance their sales skills and product knowledge• Set sales targets, monitor performance, and provide ongoing coaching and feedback• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction Responsibilities:• Proven experience in sales and team leadership, preferably in the financial industry• Strong track record of exceeding sales targets and driving business growth• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills• Ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve exceptional results• This position is commission only• Demonstrated experience in recruiting, hiring, and developing sales professionals• Self-motivated with a passion for personal and team success Qualifications:• Demonstrated ability to consistently surpass sales targets and drive business expansion.• Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.• Aptitude for motivating and empowering teams to achieve outstanding outcomes.• This position is commission-only• Demonstrated proficiency in recruiting, hiring, and nurturing sales professionals.
