We are looking for strong customer service agents and supervisors that know how to train others to be successful through implementing great sales techniques and providing great service. As a customer service agents and supervisors you will be in charge of most aspects that are utilized to successfully run a locations. Those who apply should have a in depth understanding of the sales process and how to implement company techniques throughout their team. Successful managers will have the opportunity to advance their position further within the company..Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service to clients via in office, phone, email, and chat- Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner- Manage and resolve customer issues to ensure customer satisfaction- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions- Analyze customer feedback and identify areas for improvement in products and services- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and improve overall customer experience- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactionsSkills:- Excellent communication skills in English (multilingual skills in Spanish is required)- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills- Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks- Sales experience is required- Leadership qualities to guide and motivate team members- Ability to negotiate and resolve conflicts with customers- Proficient in using CRM software to track customer interactionsWe offer competitive compensation, comprehensive benefits package, and opportunities for career growth.
