Civil Engineer- Lynchburg, VA (Hybrid work schedule may be an option) This is an exciting opportunity for a Civil Engineer to join our team. We are a highly qualified, professional, Civil Engineering, Surveying, and Soils Evaluation/Environmental firm. We provide personalized full service to non-profit entities, businesses, and individuals throughout Virginia. Primary Responsibilities : Provide Civil engineering through each step of a project from analysis, design, planning and scheduling, construction, startup, and operations. Design, prepare and review technical drawings and specifications for compliance with codes regulations and industry standards. The ability to work independently as well as part of a team including strong technical writing skills for preparing reports and documentation. Qualifications: U.S. Citizenship required for this position. Engineer In Training (EIT) license and ready to sit for the Professional Engineer exam OR current P.E. license. Experience in Land development and site design is desired. Experience and understanding of water, wastewater, roadway, and project. Strong organizational, analytical, communication skills and design skills B.S. Degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET Accredited Institution.
