As a licensed mental health counselor, clinical social worker, or marriage & family therapist, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality therapeutic services to individuals, couples, and families. Responsibilities: Conduct initial assessments to understand client concerns and develop appropriate treatment plans Facilitate one-on-one therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based techniques tailored to each client's unique needs Collaborate with other practitioners to ensure comprehensive support throughout the therapeutic process Participate in regular training opportunities to stay current with industry best practices Contribute ideas towards program development or improvement initiatives Provide evidence-based therapy to address a wide range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Offer crisis intervention and support to clients in distress, ensuring their safety and well-being. Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care and provide holistic support to clients. Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with ethical and legal standards. Stay abreast of the latest research, trends, and best practices in the field of mental health counseling. Requirements Master's degree -or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or Mental Health-related fields. An active license as LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW license. (We are not able to accept interns or therapists with limited permit who require supervision to provide individual therapy.) A successful candidate will be independent in scheduling established clients, and case management, and will have outstanding written and verbal communication skills. Absolutely no disciplinary actions on your license. Benefits What We Offer: Full-time counselors in this role can expect to make from $115,000 to $130,000 a year. Counselors who work full-time are eligible for a monthly healthcare stipend. Free use of the platform's services as a client as long as you remain an active counselor on the platform.
