Conducts self professionally in terms of phone etiquette and face-to-face interactions as communicated by direct supervisor and General Manager. Establishes positive relationships by connecting over the phone and through face-to-face interactions. Use ticketing, sales and reservation software as part of routine operations. Follows cash handling procedures accurately and efficiently. Exemplifies superior guest service, readily fulfilling requests and responding to inquiries Exhibits a clean, professional appearance; conforms to dress code administered by Management Executes other duties, as directed Skills you’ll bring along Ability to switch between multiple screens, duties, and task. Accurately enters information and confirms with guests in a positive and friendly manner. A consistent example of our core values and mission statement Ability to empathize and actively listen to guest’s wants and needs Passion for providing all guests with the best solution to their unique needs Ability to follow directions as given call center lead and General Manager; Able to positively communicate both in verbal and written form to other staff and management; Skilled in working with guests. Must meet or exceed the requirements of the Call Center Dept. Contributes to a positive environment. Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 / hour Job Type Part-time Scheduling depends on show schedule. Mon -Saturday, evenings and weekends required.
