Responsibilities of the Quality Supervisor (MT) (MLS) (CLS) The Department Supervisor is responsible for ensuring the departments are in compliance with CAP, JCAHO, and other accrediting agencies. A Change Advocate who looks to streamline processes and improve performance Prepare lab for audits. (CAP, JCAHO, etc.) Requirements of the Quality Supervisor (MT) (MLS) (CLS) 7+ years of experience/training in high complexity laboratory preferred 5+ years of Supervisory experience preferred Certified Medical Technologist/Medical Lab Scientist thru ASCP/AMT BS Degree in Medical Technology or related science required Not the perfect job for you?
