Increased brand exposure and streamlined operational efficiencies while saving on costs.We’re currently seeking a motivated Front Desk Receptionist to greet our customers over the phone and any in-office visitors. This role will also support the company with administrative and clerical tasks. This is an in-office position located in VA Beach, VA and the range is $13-$15/hr depending on experience. The schedule for this full-time position is Monday – Friday, 8am-5pm. Key Responsibilities: Welcome guests as they arrive at the office and assist with any pickup orders and receive payment Answer multi-line phone system, screen, and forward calls as needed Ensure lobby area is tidy and well-stocked Provide basic and accurate information to all inquiries Receive, sort, and distribute mail Additional duties as assigned Qualifications: Proven ability to perform a variety of administrative and customer service tasks Exceptional communication skills in-person and on the phone Professional attitude and appearance Strong ability to maintain consistent punctuality and attendance Good written and verbal communication skills Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office with the ability to learn new software Ability to prioritize work and complete tasks in a timely manner Benefits: Competitive salary Medical, dental, disability and life insurances Retirement savings plan Paid time off and holidays Fun and supportive work environment with opportunities for advancement Powered by JazzHR
