The John Walton Agency sells and services Farmers Insurance policies including Auto, Home, Commercial and Life Insurance. We are looking to add a licensed CSR to help grow the business. ResponsibilitiesThe Licensed Customer Service Representative will be responsible for retaining the Agency's current policyholders, cross-selling the book of business and signing net-new accounts. Policies serviced and sold will include Auto, Home, Commercial and possibly Life Insurance. Compensation will include both base pay for client retention and commissions for new policy sales and renewals QualificationsThe ideal candidate will have a current Property & Casualty and/or Life Insurance license in the state of Pennsylvania, Licenses in NJ & MD are a plus. Non licensed candidates who want to begin an Insurance career will also be considered and provided with assistance in obtaining needed licensing should they be hired. The successful candidate will be outgoing, detail oriented and skilled at problem solving. Prior experience in Insurance, Sales or customer facing operations will be beneficial.Once hired, training will be provided through Farmers University courses and hands on training in the agency. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.Base salary$20,000/yr - $30,000/yr Additional compensation typesCommission on new sales and renewals
