Location: Medical Center-ProsperDepartment:Radiology-DiagnosticShift:Third Shift (United States of America)Standard Weekly Hours:40Summary:This position is accountable for providing expertise for all ages from neonatal/newborn to adults. Functions in collaboration with physicians(s) and/or nurse practitioners(s), and nursing staff in support of Our Promise. Accountable for performing quality diagnostic imaging examinations through the application of advanced clinical and technical knowledge. Accountable for maintaining strict attention to safe patient care in accordance with organization and department policy, procedures and protocols. Knowledgeable of regulatory compliance standards and radiation safety, maintaining departmental compliance in collaboration with the Radiation Safety Officer. Education: High school diploma or equivalent graduation from an accredited program in Radiologic Technology. Certification/Licensure: AART, CPR, upon hire, and TMB-certified within 90 days of hire, CT registry strongly preferred.About Us:Cook Children's is an EOE/AA, Minority/Female/Disability/Veteran employer.
