DRIVER/LABORER TOWN OF PLAINFIELD The Town of Plainfield is seeking a full-time Driver/Laborer in the Highway Department. Qualified candidate must possess the following qualifications: Current CDL, endorsements preferred. Experience with snowplowing/road maintenance Backhoe, sweeper, loader, chainsaw, and small tools experience preferred. Strenuous labor and heavy lifting of up to, not limited to 80 lbs. will be required. Mechanical experience working on equipment and small engines preferred. Documented driving records and a current CDL physical. OSHA 10-hour minimum training preferred. Must be able to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed. Applicant must be able to follow instructions, policies, and work well with the public.
