Responsibilities:• Review loan applications to determine if they meet minimum requirements• Collect required information from borrowers• Verification of documents provided by borrowers• Assist and coordinate internal parties involved in the loan application process• Gather information for underwriting including financial analysis, property value evaluation, and title search• Handle other duties assigned by the supervisor Qualifications:• Bachelor's degree preferred• Proficiency in MS Office is required• Ability to analyze financial data• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills• Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed Compensation: $50,000 - $55,000 yearly + bonus About Company: Grand Pacific Financing Corp. is an established, well-capitalized direct lender nationwide.
