Job Description The Senior Advisor, Private Wealth is responsible for the direct sales of financial products to individuals and, in certain circumstances, businesses. The Senior Advisor may manage significant, complex relationships for the firm. The Senior Advisor sources new business through the disciplined management of a prospect data base, active networking, and consistent calling. The Senior Advisor works closely with team members to insure timely and consistent responses to client requests for information and decisions. How Youll Spend Your Time stylemargin:bottom:11.0px:: You will develop an aggressive marketing plan for prospects and customers and set appointments with leads, prospects, referral sources. : The primary use of your time will be calling on customers and prospects and a significant performance measure for you will be the number of quality calls made each month.: You will identify leads and prospects through the active networking with centers of influence (accountants, attorneys, insurance brokers, etc.), personal networking and maintaining productive working relationships with market team members. : You will work in a consultative relationship management role with assigned client relationships; these relationships will tend to be of significant complexity and importance to the firm. Education and Experience RequirementsThis level of knowledge is normally acquired through completion of a Bachelor's Degree in business and 10+ successful years in business development or at least 16+ years experience in a related field. :Advanced knowledge of business development practices.:Advanced sales and presentation skills :Thorough knowledge of loan, deposit and private wealth management product sets, including investment management, brokerage, and personal trust.:Some knowledge of commercial product sets, including loan, deposit, Treasury Management, Foreign Exchange, and Institutional Wealth.:Ability to research, recognize and problem solve; strong attention to detail :Excellent interpersonal skills, including oral and written:Good computer skills, including word processing and spreadsheet applications BOK Financial Corporation Groupis a stable and financially strong organization that provides excellent training and development to support building the long term careers of employees.
