We're on the hunt for someone special to bring their energy and creativity to our dynamic team. We offer a great salary range of $50,000 to $100,000+/year . We also offer solid benefits and perks , including a family environment, respectful management and team members, and holidays off after 90 days. You also get paid time off, earning more the longer you're with us. Roll out of bed and join us Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM as our full-time Concrete Marketing - Sales Lead. WHAT DO YOU DO? Picture this: Your day kicks off with some brainstorming, identifying new opportunities, and cooking up creative proposals that'll blow minds. You'll be the maestro, conducting the concrete orchestra and building relationships with our amazing clients, architects, and industry buddies. But that's not all-get tech-savvy and keep the good vibes flowing with our customers through digital tools, making sure they keep coming back for more of our awesome concrete solutions. To do this, you need: 2+ years of experience in polished concrete and epoxy industries Ability to leverage digital tools for customer connectivity Proven success in managing concrete polishing crews and a degree in marketing are a plus! OUR COMPANY: We are experts in providing sealed and polished concrete as well as milling, scarifying, grinding, epoxy floors, and terrazzo services.
