Part Time Office Cleaner Fire and Ice Heating & Air Conditioning has been providing HVAC services to Columbus and surrounding area for over 20 years! Our team of professionals is focused on providing top-notch quality service and we pride ourselves on our honest and ethical workmanship we deliver. We value community involvement and participate in a variety of local programs. We are currently looking for a Part-Time Office Cleaner for our office. Job Summary: To clean assigned areas property-wide. Hours: Monday through Friday -30 hours a week - you pick if you want to come in the morning or afternoon! Pay: $ 16.00/hr. - Depending on Experience We'd love to hear from you if you are: Reliable You take pride in your work. You have a positive attitude. You keep client satisfaction. You have 2 plus years of cleaning experience - preferred. What you will do.... Clean the interior of buildings including floors, carpet, rugs, windows and walls. Disinfect commonly used items like desks, door handles, office tools and phones. Maintain cleaning inventory, placing orders for new products when needed. Empty trash and recycling bins Stock and maintain supply rooms. Vacuum, sweep and mop floors Clean and maintain restrooms. Clean windows and mirrors. Notify supervisors of unsafe conditions, major repairs, and any abnormal conditions Dust furniture and fixtures. Proven work experience as a janitor Ability to lift at least 25lbs. Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies Integrity and ability to work independently. Complete tasks in a timely manner with minimal supervision Manage time efficiently. Must be able to use basic cleaning equipment.
