You’ll hunt for leads, cultivate relationships with potential customers, and assess their wants and needs to help them find that perfect property. Responsibilities: • Act as the intermediary between the buyer and the seller to ensure a successful close• Follow up with prospects via email, phone, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and generate qualified leads• Create documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases to ensure a smooth home buying process• Find potential homebuyers and give them information on properties that meet their needs and fit within their budget • Hold open houses to engage with potential clients and introduce them to their local real estate market Qualifications: • High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred• Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car• 1+ years of buyer’s agent or relevant real estate experience• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills• Experience with the local real estate market and general trends• Willing to commit time to make yourself the best agent possible• Able to be held accountable and follow up with all leads• Cell phone and laptop computer needed• Ability to communicate effectively• Self-motivated• Full-time real estate agents: 40+ Hours a week• Utilize and maintain your CRM• Superb communication with team lead, cooperative agents, support staff, and clients• Ability to work in a team atmosphere • Be coachable • Be accountable Compensation: $129,000+ at plan yearly About Company: Welcome to Crosstown Realtors, where we're revolutionizing the real estate industry, offering unmatched service and expertise.
