Davis & Floyd (D|F) is currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Engineer to join our Water Resources - Water / Wastewater Team in South Carolina. This position is preferably located in Greenville, SC but flexible for the right candidate. This candidate will become part of a team that provides consulting, planning, design, engineering, and services during construction in support of water and wastewater infrastructure serving our communities. The ideal candidate will work in a strong team environment of highly motivated professionals and for a company whose team prides itself on integrity and quality. D|F is a multi-disciplined firm that has been providing quality engineering services to our clients since 1954. The successful candidate will participate in the planning, coordination, production, and management of detailed designs for D|F's Water Resources team. Professional Requirements Bachelor's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering required; Master's degree preferred Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in the State of South Carolina or ability to obtain such through reciprocity Minimum of 5 years of progressive design experience in water and wastewater systems Thorough understanding of water and wastewater system infrastructure and the theory and practice of hydraulic engineering Understanding and proficiency in water and wastewater treatment processes is preferred Proficiency in hydraulic modeling Working knowledge of Autodesk Civil 3D Company Benefits Competitive Wages High Deductible Health Plan - HSA with Company Contributions PPO Health with Low Deductible Zero Dollar Copay for Teladoc Flexible Schedule with Core Hours of 9am-4pm Mon-Th (Remaining Hours can be Flexible/Remote) Competitive Paid Time Off and Holiday Pay Profit Sharing Plan (company contributes regardless of employee's contribution) Professional Memberships Continuing Education and Licensure Reimbursement Straight Time Overtime or Key Performance Incentive Program Employee Investment Program (specialized training and education)
